Founded in Plymouth in 2024, the business has scaled to six locations in under two years, with ambitions to reach ten by the end of 2026. Built around simplicity, affordability, and a genuinely great guest experience, Continue Arcades has quickly established itself as a standout name in the UK's competitive leisure and entertainment market.
The challenge
As Continue Arcades grew, so did the complexity of running it. What started as a single-site operation quickly evolved into a multi-location franchise with party rooms, shared resources, and an expanding customer base to manage.

Return visits are a particularly encouraging signal. The number of guests coming back has grown by more than 150% year on year, a strong indicator that the product, and the experience around it, is landing well. Continue Arcades has gone from a single site to six locations in under two years, with bookings as a share of total revenue rising from around 10-15% to 25-30% since partnering with Beyonk - at least doubling the proportion of revenue coming through pre-booked channels.
